IE9 Downloaded Over 2.35 Million

Microsoft has announced that the final version (until the updates begin) of Internet Explorer 9 is now available for download. Microsoft's Internet Explorer 9 was downloaded over 2.35 million times ever since it was released on Monday evening. The version IE9 Beta had scored only 1 million downloads on the first day of its release. Firefox 3.0 was downloaded 8 million times in the first 24 hours of its release.

Right on schedule, Microsoft released the newest, final build of IE9 today for users everywhere to try out. The company has recently urged consumers to upgrade from IE6, but it's not able that IE9 only runs within Windows Vista and Windows 7. Early reports of IE9 use are largely positive.

The talking points focus on four areas: Fast, Clean, Trusted, and Interoperable. Is it only one browser? Or do you go back and forth between multiple browsers?
